1. Take charge of equipment management; participate in the negotiation of the pre-process, basic design, detailed design and their review.
2. Participate in the engineering management in the construction phase, assist in the delivery and quality inspection of equipment and materials; develop operating procedures and safety management system.
3. Take charge of equipment management before the start of the plant.
4. Take charge of equipment management and major overhaul work after the plant is completed and put into operation.
5. Solve technical problems identified in production and do a good job in process technology.
6. Take charge of safety production management of departmental process and equipment.
7. Take charge of education and training of production operators and upgrading their skills.
8. Complete the work assigned by superior leaders and department.
9. Engage in production scheduling of raw materials; compare and analyzethe efficiency of raw materials.
Major Requirement:
Chemistry and related majors, bachelor or above
