Job description
1. Implement production operations and maintenance of equipment under the leadership of the shift leader and main operators.
2. Follow the work instructions of the superior leadership and the supervision and work arrangements of the safety manager.
3. Abide by relevant laws and regulations and the company's management systems, strictly implement safe operation and maintenance procedures for equipment, and record the operations and maintenance as required.
4. Take charge of process operations, handle various alarms in a timely manner, immediately reportand eliminate abnormality or failure identified, and protect normal operations of the site equipment.
5. Engage in various operations and maintain a good working environment in accordance with the instructions of Production Manager or other department leaders and the arrangements of the shift leader.
6. Take charge of the maintenance of equipment and facilities, and participate in the temporary equipment maintenance organized by the department.
7. Monitor the safety of special operations on site in accordance with the arrangements of the shift leader.
8. Conduct tour inspections and daily fire inspections as required, make relevant records, solve abnormalities in a timely manner and report them to the shift leader or department leaders.
9. Actively participate in various safety activities and safety knowledge training organized by the company, the department or the shift.
10.Perform relevant duties specified in the emergency plan and regularly participate in emergency drills as required.
